A well-built event menu has balance - not just between proteins and vegetables, but between flavors, textures, and presentation. Our salads, sides, and entrées are designed to work together, whether you're building a plated dinner, a buffet, or a family-style spread. Pricing is based on small (10-15 people) and large (20-30 people) portions.
The salad menu is extensive and genuinely seasonal. You'll find things like a Hawaiian Chopped Salad with Mango, Macadamia Nuts, Avocado, Crispy Rice Balls, and Toasted Coconut (available with Ahi Tuna), a Panzanella with Sourdough Breadcrumbs, Seasonal Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, and Peaches, and a Crunchy Thai Salad with Crushed Peanuts and Thai Chili Vinaigrette. There are also reliable standbys like the Cobb, Greek, Caesar, and a Buffalo Chicken Salad that always earns requests for the recipe.
For sides, the range goes from comforting to elevated. Baked Mac and Cheese (Three Cheese Blend), Whipped Mashed Potatoes with Bacon and Cheddar, Mushroom Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and Fresh Herbs, Scalloped Potatoes with layered cheeses and cream - these are the kinds of sides that don't get left behind. Also on the list: Grilled Asparagus, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Seasonal Vegetable Medley, Buttermilk Biscuits, Cheddar Cornbread, and House Made Focaccia, among others.
Entrées can be built around whatever best suits your event. From Chicken Francese and Chicken Piccata to Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Braised Short Rib, Seared Salmon (Lemon Dill or Miso Ginger), Vodka Rigatoni, Butternut Squash Ravioli with Creamy Sage Sauce, and a Smoked Whole Stuffed Citrus Chicken that feeds 6-8 people - there's a lot to work with. We also offer Vegetarian Green Curry, BBQ Pulled Pork, Glazed Ham, and Crab Cakes, so no matter the crowd, there are options.
