Catering - Cocktail Reception

A cocktail reception lives or dies by the passed bites, and we take that seriously. Our culinary team recommends pairing hot and cold selections - it keeps things interesting and ensures there's always something new coming around. Each selection is priced by the dozen, and we typically suggest two to three items per person so guests stay satisfied without losing the appetite for whatever comes next.

On the vegetarian side, you're looking at things like our Artichoke Fritters with Roasted Garlic Aioli, Mushroom Tartlets with warm Spinach and Gruyere on Puff Pastry, and Tomato Tart Puff Pastry Bites. We also do a Beet Hummus with house-made Pita Chips that's been a consistent crowd-pleaser - available in small (10-15 guests) and large (20-30 guests) formats.

From the sea, the options range from a classic Chilled Shrimp Cocktail to Tuna Tartare tossed in Red Miso, Ginger, and Soy, Mini Lobster Rolls with fresh lobster in butter and herbs, and Oysters shucked to order with mignonette and lemon. If you want something a little more casual, the Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce and the Crab Rangoon Dip served with Waffle Fries both go fast.

For the land selections, we have everything from Swedish Meatballs with Shallot and Black Pepper Cream Sauce to Lamb Lollipops with Mint Chimichurri, Crispy Pork Belly with Pickled Apple and Mustard Aioli, and Braised Short Rib Arancini with Truffle Cream Sauce. Cheeseburger Sliders on Brioche Buns with our House Special Sauce are always a hit, and the Buttermilk Battered Chicken Bites with Creamy Ranch have never once come back to the kitchen uneaten.

We also offer Heavy Displays for events that call for a more abundant spread. The Harvest Display - Chef's selection of Assorted Cheeses, Meats, Olives, and Crackers - comes in small and large formats, as do our Cheese Display, Seasonal Fruit Display, and Vegetable Crudité with Housemade Ranch. Individual Cheese and Charcuterie Cups (with spiced nuts, fruits, herbs, cheese, and meat) are available priced per half dozen - a nice touch for more intimate gatherings or cocktail-style seating.
