Brunch catering done well requires range - you need savory anchors, something sweet, and enough variety that early-bird guests and late arrivals both find something they want. Our brunch menu checks all of those boxes, and then some.
The savory side includes Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Northcountry Bacon (Thick Cut from North Country Smoke House), Sausage Links, Biscuits and Gravy with Fluffy Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Short Rib Hash, Seasonal Vegetable Frittata, and Breakfast Burritos with Egg, Cheddar, and Bacon served with Salsa and Sour Cream. Mary's Sandos - Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar, Maple Bacon, and Spicy Jam on Biscuits - are a brunch staple we're proud of.
Sweet selections include Brioche French Toast with Raspberry Jam and White Chocolate, Carnival French Toast Sticks with Maple and Condensed Milk Syrup, Mini Pancakes with Chocolate Chips and Fruit, House Made Glazed Cinnamon Buns, and Chicken and Waffles (Fried Chicken, Waffles, and Syrup). Quiches are available in Cheddar Broccoli or Bacon Gruyere, sold in sets of 2 or 4.
Even the sides show some care - Personal Hash Browns, Home Fries with Seasoned Potatoes and Onions, Breakfast Toast with Whipped Sweet Cream and Fresh Fruits, and Mini Avocado Toasts on Baguette Slices. It's a brunch that doesn't feel like an afterthought.
